How these policies work together
The Terms of Use & Sale are the principal contract for a Jar Hearts order. The Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, and Warranty & Product Support policies are incorporated into those terms. The product page, cart and checkout provide transaction-specific facts such as the item, condition, price, tax, shipping charge and estimated delivery. If transaction-specific information conflicts with a general policy, the more specific information controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these policies limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. We apply policy changes prospectively and identify the current revision date on each document.
