Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, Jar Hearts treats it as an opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising for that browser where applicable law requires. Submit a privacy-rights request
Depending on your state and the law applicable to Jar Hearts, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, limitation of certain sensitive-data uses, or appeal of a decision. Email info@jarhearts.com with:
- “Privacy Request” and the right you want to exercise;
- your state of residence;
- the name and email used for the account or order; and
- an order number if the request concerns a transaction.
Do not send a password, full card number, card security code, Social Security number or identity document unless we later explain that a limited verification item is necessary. We may verify the request against account or order information. Authorized agents must show authority, and we may verify directly with the consumer where law permits.
Appeals and non-discrimination
If we deny a request and your state provides an appeal, reply with “Privacy Appeal” and explain the basis. We will review and respond within the legally required period. We will not unlawfully deny goods, charge a different price or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
What the browser control does
The reject button sets jh_privacy_opt_out=1 and attempts to remove common first-party Google measurement cookies. On later page views, the Jar Hearts theme suppresses its Google tag. It does not erase provider records already created, affect another browser or device, or suppress necessary transaction, fraud and security processing.
